Gregg Guillemette is a three-time and current North American Sport Karate World Karate Champion, an 8th Degree Black Belt, an inductee into two Black Belt Halls of Fame, and a former spa head at the Ritz Carlton in Florida. Gregg has been helping individuals of all ages, body types, and goals improve their well-being, comfort, and performance for over 25 years.
